Head injury, hearing and vision loss, vomiting, headache. Ultrasound shows concussion. Cause of worry?

I got kicked in the head was knocked out for about a minute when I woke up I could hear but couldn t see for a little while and threw up that night with a headache went to the emergency room and was scanned everything was normal but I was diagnosed with a concussion it s now the following night and I m throwing with a headache should I be worried
