Hello,
Headache and nausea persisting even 24 hours after an head injury is a cause for concern. You should get evaluated by a doctor. He may ask for a scan to see if everything is alright. Some injuries to the head are notorious for making their appearance sometime after the injury and not immediately.
good luck.
