Head Injury, Cracking Sound, Headaches, Bruising Near Right Temple, Inside Ear. Cure For Injury?

Hi. Im tweenty years old and i just been out of a bad relationship. My head was slamed on the back of the couch without a cution three times. I heard a crack noise and dont know if it was me or the wood in the couch. I had a head ache after word, brusin around the right timple and bruising inside left ear, and on the edge of the loop of mu left ear. Head aches have gone but feeling of a lil presser hasnt.

Did you have bleeding from the ear or did you have clear fluids along with blood from the ear or nose?
Well your case of trauma followed by headache , bruising around temple and bruising inside left ear (ear bleed?) would require a thorough evaluation to rule out any skull fracture (because of the impact), basilar skull fracture (because of bruising around left temple and ear bleed/ discharge) as well as any underlying head injury.
Investigation suggested: CT Scan Brain ( Plain )
Get the report and see a Neurosurgeon for further evaluation and clinical examination.

Thanks for your query.
Your are having bruising just behind the ear ? [this is what we say "Battle's sign" ...there may be middle cranial fossa fracture and intracranial bleeding ]. Do an urgent CT scan of brain and consult a neurologist .Dont ignore ...
