Head Injury. Red And Swollen Eye, Sound In Ears, Headaches. CT Scan Shows No Internal Hemorrhage. Dangerous?

my husband had a head injury last saturday (5 days ago) with head trauma, his left eye has been bloody red and swollen and he hears swissing sound in his ears while sleeping and gets headaches on his forehead area. The CT scan shows no internal heamorrage but doctor told me to to do dye injected scan after a week to see if there is any blood clot behind his eye area. Is it dangerous?

Hello,

If it was not seen on initial plain scan then it is unlikely to be a serious issue.
And instead of contrast CT scan,MRI would be much better.

Regards.
