Head Hit After Slipping, Applied Ice Packs. Experiencing Forgetfulness, Irritable Clumsiness. Result Of Fall?

Last winter I slipped on ice and fell hitting the side of my head so hard it bounced and hit a second time. I had initial pain. Around a 6 on scale of 1 to 10. Put ice pack on it and was fine within an hour. Did not experience any symptoms. No headache blurred vision nausea. For a few months now I have been experiencing forgetfulness irritability clumsiness. Could these be from my fall?
