Head Heaviness Right Above Forehead, On Temples, Pain On Moving Head, Dizziness. Taking Pan-d For Ulcers. Causes?

hi doctor , i am from . MY head feels heavy , correctly speaking its right above my forehead ,both the corners of head feels heavy and it pains when i move or shake my head . with this eys feels a little dizzy also ,,,,, . please note i have been diagonised with ulcer and taking pan D and enzarforte as medication .
