General & Family Physician 's  Response
It could be connected to the trauma to your Head. sometime you can have Lucid intervals meaning you ill have episodic black outs/Unconsciousness. if head injury is suspected you may vomit a few times, better to get a CT of you Brain to Rule out any intracranial bleed. Do it as soon as you can. Vomiting can be be due to some other causes too. but since you had a head injury its better to get yourself checked. Double vision, failure to hold you micturation, weakness of one side or half of the body are other symptoms associated with Intracranial Bleed.
Dont get agitated, if there is a bleed, the symptoms will be severe, and there is a definite cure in most of the cases.

Psychiatrist Dr. Suyog Jaiswal's  Response
Hello,
Head injury is serious if any bleeding from ear or nose, episode of unconsciousness, nausea, vomiting. It is fair chance that your nausea and vomiting is related to head injury.
I suggest you get a CT Scan of your head done and see a doctor at earliest.
Hope it helped. Wish you a speedy recovery.
Regards.
