Having White Hard Area On The Head Of The Foreskin Which Sometimes Itches

sir, lately i have noticed a white hard area on the head of my foreskin .....its a small patch and rough....it doesnt pain but some times feels itchy......sir what can it be??? is this any thing serious???

It could be a Infection. Do you have a recent History of Sexual Exposure? If yes or noe, Kindly get yourself examined by a Urologist so that he can examine you and suggest few tests and Blood Work up to rule out any Infection or STI. If confirmed, the treatment will depend upon the cause. Kindly do not delay.
Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.
