Medicines that you wrote is for bacterial and fungal infection, or at this stage you can’t be sure the women has bacterial or fungal infection. As you know many incorrect therapies ( wrong selected medication)develop resistance that lead to difficulty to treat infection. My best advice is to make antibiogram ( while laboratory will do culture test will determine exactly antibiotic ) and fungal microscopic test, additionally urine analysis and culture. After all these test you can choose right and most effective treatment.

hi welcome to hcm.see first you have to suggest take plenty of fluid plus avoid sexual intercourse untill infection heal. i think oral metronidazole + vaginal clotrimazole passary 4 6days,and cetrizine for itching complaints.also advice to sit on leukwarm water add dettol in it ans sit for 10 min which also relive her symptoms.
