Welcome in H.C.M. for consultation
I have gone through your query regarding stone in your tonsils, this is your chronic problem as you said that you your self pull out stone from your tonsil but now it is quite large in size and impacted in tonsil thus self extraction is now become difficult.
Considering your problems in all aspect I am suspecting that you are having chronic tonsillitis with tonsilolith. You have such episodes in past , but whatever you have done is now put you in complication,
your problem will be solve permanently only by surgery so it will be better to consult an ENT doctor for surgery. As far as your financial problems are concern please disclose this to your doctor and never try to pull this large stone yourself otherwise you may face bleeding which will be an emergency.
On the other hand if you leave it as untreated than you may develop complication like paratonsillar abscess (quensy), which again will be an emergency.

With Regards.
