Having tinnitus, fluid build up in ear. Advised due to wisdom tooth eruption. Opinion?

I had BAD sinus and ear and adenoid infection from Oct-Dec. I have been cleared from all infections. Still have tinnitus and fluid build up in ear. ENT said that impacted wisdom tooth could be hindering e-tube function. Tooth is way in back on botton and where my jaw is positioned it is precticallt below my ear. The tooth is now protruding through gum a bit and trying to erupt. Do you think there could be a connection? Thank you.

Your ENT specialist is absolutely correct.
The ear infection is associated with impacted wisdom tooth which is erupting.
Please do visit a dentist as soon as possible.
Depending on the position of impacted tooth,it has to be either extracted or flap overlying tooth has to be removed.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Take complete course of antibiotics-analgesics.
Rinse your mouth after every meals.
Gargle frequently using lukewarm saline or betadine.
Hope this helps.
