Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Thin stools usually indicate some large intestine narrowing. Such narrowing can be caused by colon cancer. Nausea can be also colon cancer symptom due to partial bowels obstruction. Dizziness can be caused by low hemoglobin level, dehydration.
Undigested food parts are usually due to accelerated bowels movements or pancreas insufficiency.

You definitely should have blood work, pancreas tests and colonoscopy as a next step.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
