you once go for blood test for pregnancy and ultrasound which will rule out the possibility of pregnancy,
if test comes negative then there is possibility that your symptoms may be because of premenstrual syndrome,
so you once consult gynecologist took treatment for that which will possibly relieve your symptoms.
take care.
