Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
Pin in lower back with hematuria and frequent and urge to urinate is mostly due to presence of stone in lower ureter.

However this needs to be confirmed by clinical assessment by a qualified Urologist and by Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis .

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with Nitrofurantoin and anti spasmodic like Cyclopalm twice daily with urine alkalizer thrice daily .

Ensure to drink more water this will help to keep your urine dilute and will give relief from dysuria.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
