Having sore throat with stuffy running nose. Coughing yellow mucus. Throat closed and hoarse. Am I having bronchitis?

I have had a sore throat for multiple days now accompanied by stuffy/runny nose but I do experience environmental allergies which could be a contributing factor. But today I ve been coughing frequently, a lot of the time light yellow mucus . My throat feels very closed up and I am very hoarse. I have no fever but is it likely that I have bronchitis?
