Having Some Bleeding, Pink Discharge And Cramping. HPT And Blood Test Negative. Alternative Ways Of Knowing Pregnancy?

II think I m pregnant i was twelve days late. Had some blood this morning and was red then turned brown. Now it s light pink and not much is coming out. I ve taken a hpt and a blood pregnancy test both negative. I ve been cramping for 4 weeks off and on more so feels like gas. I ve ben tired a lot. Is there any other way to find out if I m pregnant? What else could this be?

Get an ultrasound done to see any gestational sac or endometrial thickness

Delayed periods can be due to anaemia , stress , PCOD or Hypothroidism

Get your thyroid profile done
