Having Sharp Pains, Cramps, Thrush Like Growth In Vagina. Rumbling Noise In Lower Abdomen. Sexually Inactive, On Pill. Cause?

A day ago i had sharp pains in my Girl bit . Ive had cramps and random noises in my lower stomach like when your hungry type noises. Today i had a bit of brown discharge of some type. I noticed i had some white stuff sort of a thrush. Do you know what it could be? I have not been sexually active for a while. Im on the pill and missed on this week.

Hi there ~

Please visit with your gynecologist and have a complete pelvic examination done. A PAP smear may be in order as well. I suggest that you also take a pregnancy test, since you do not clearly mention the time of your last menstrual period.
