Having Sex With Condom Is It 100% Safe Form STDs ?

Hi I got a quick question. 1) Having sex with condom is it 100% safe form STDs? 2) Done an complete STD test (including p24 + ELISA for HIV ) after a month as well as ELISA HIV test after two months. Is this an assurance I don t need to worry about HIV? 3) Done an IgG and IgM for Herpes after a month, is this conclusive?
