Having Severe Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Body Aches And Night Sweats, Chills, Headaches And Some Light Headedness. Cause And Treatment?

I returned from a trip to Costa Rica three days ago. I have had severe stomach pain , diarrhea, body aches and night sweats and chills on and off . The chills feeling hot and sweats only at night. I can barely eat without stomach pains developing. Also, headaches and some lightheadedness. I only noticed being bit by something once while on a nine day vacation abroad.

Hello.Because of your recent trip to Costa Rica and your symptoms(stomach pain,diarrhea,body aches) you should go to your doctor to rule out a tropical disease.He will examine you and will request additional test;if he deems it necessary ,such as stool culture and blood serology;to stablish correct diagnose.I wish you good health.
