Having Severe Headache, Stiff Neck, Body Pain, Lack Of Appetite. What Is Happening?

Hello I ve had a consistent headache on be front f my forehead since last Monday and it s starting to get a bit worse as spread towards the back of my head! Yesterday I started to get a stiff neck and woke up this morning and my whole body feels weak and achy and my neck is worse, I m also hungry but just don t have the appitate to eat anything. What could be wrong with me?

Thanks for posting your query.
Do you have any fever episode?
Do you have such type of headache in past?
You may have meningitis or muscle spasm, meningisum
You should consult with physician and go for thorough neurological check up.
If meningitis possibility has been ruled out then other possibility should be sort out.
You should also go for complete blood count, blood culture and sensitivity, widal test, x ray cervical spine and CT scan brain.
