Having Problem Of Low Sperm Mobility. How Can This Issue Be Solved?

Hi we got married 10 months before we are trying for kid but we are not getting positive response , we have taken all the test mine is normal and my husband has a problem with low sperm motivity . will you please guide me is that a major issue can it be solved .

Good diet, avoiding smoking and alcohol and vit E SUPPLEMEnTATION CAN HELP to an extent.

But it is a waiting process and i suggest you consult an infertility specialist for icsi process to extract good quality sperms .

IN short, i suggest you go for IVF .
