Having Pain, Red Bloth, Tenderness And Swelling On Hands. Cause For Muscle Cramps? Cause For Redness?

I have pain in my hands and day later red bloth appears lasts a few days with tenderness and swelling. This happened on both hands seperate weeks. I am always in pain all over my body and get muscle cramps daily cant move a muscle because it will cramp up especially if i over excert myself. My question is about the redness!

Welcome to HCM.
Red,tender blotches on hands is most likely due to contact dermatitis.
Usually occurs after contact with some chemical,irritants and even after using soap,anti septic liquid.
You have to take nsaid to subdside pain and levocetrizine,mild steroid to subside allergic redness.
Take nsaid with muscle relaxant to prevent cramps during episodes.
Start b12,folic acid,vit-c,other vitamins will be helpful to boost up general health.
Start medications under guidance of your family physician.
