Having pain in the right side of testis. Will the habit of masturbation increase the pin size?

Hi i am shah i started masturbation habit in 15 year old now iam 20year i masturbation my pin in a week one time i am facenig many problum pins is small and thin some time pian right side testis sex level is good its take time three to five mints plz sir tell me madican for habit of masturbaion and improve pin size length plz sir i will be very than full to u sirrr
