General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. according to your description it appears to be due to urinary tract infection or hernia.
In urinary tract infection some times there may be no symptoms of burning micturition frequency , but only low back pain referred to the testicles, and fatigue .
Minimal inguinal hernia can show the same symptoms on exposure to physical stress.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have C.T.scan besides other routine tests for confermation.
Wishing for a confermation and cure of the symptoms and thanks for calling.
