Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Are you having back stiffness early in the morning. Are you having any watery discharge from the eye. It could be due to poor posture which is causing Cervical spondylosis which is compressing nerves to the hand. Other possibility is early signs of Ankylosing spondylitis. Consult your Orthopaedician and get a full workup to rule out arthritis and cervical spondylosis. Avoid bending forwards the neck much. Try to adopt good straight supported posture of the neck. Use good lighting at work. Avoid much time spent in front of computer. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily.
