General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, chronic multiple complains about negative tests indicate possible associated anxiety component.

However, thorough systemic review with all relevant tests as endoscopy, CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis are mandatory before commenting for final diagnosis.

It is suggested to take an appointment with your gastroenterologist for best possible steps to follow ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
