Having Pain In Both Hips, Thighs Hurting, Restless Leg Syndrome.

several months ago I began having pain in both hips, particularly when lying on my side. Shortly, I noticed my thighs hurting as well, a dull ache. I have had restless leg syndrome for several years, but this is not tingling , it s more of a burn . It happens when I exercise and when I don t. Doesn t seem to matter. I am a 61 year old female with disc degeneration in the neck. Could I also have it in the lower spine?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having degenerative changes in lower spines as well and giving irritation or pressure on nerves.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region.
Go for physiotherapy.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements as there might be osteoporosis as well.
Ok and take care.
