Having Pain From Back Head To Neck And Continuous Mucous Production. What Is Wrong?

Hi, am having some pain in the back of my head extending down my neck . Am havin continuous mucous production , and I keep on swallowing it. It s a bit of discomfort. These symptom followed after I initially had a terrible flu . This has lingered on for quite a while now. Almost about a month? What is really wrong with me? Can u help?

possible causes;

-inherited tendency
--pollution of air and water
-inadequate nutrition
-excessive consumption of starchy and sugary foods and milk
-general poor health

x-ray for PNS may confirm the diagnosis

there is another possibility for head and neck pain is,CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS;x-ray for cervical spine may confirm the diagnosis
