Having Pain, Bleeding During Motion, Color Bright Red. What Is This?
Hi, I want to ask that i am bleeding when passing motion and its color is bright red and when i pass motion its just like a thorny pain at hole and feel pain during motion and bleeding get started please advise my age is 24 and most of the times i feel this kind of situation but now a days its continuously coming. please advise and em Female

It could be Fissure in Ano,a crack in the anal region.
You should take plenty of liquids,green leafy vegetables,high fiber diet.Your stool should be soft.
You can apply ointment containing Nifedipine/Diltiazem locally in the anus.
You should also get examined for Piles(Haemorrhoids)
Follow the above measures.
