Having Pain Around Spleen, Heartburn. Taking Nexium. Do I Need Emergency Treatment?
I m having lots of pain around my spleen and sever heartburn ... I take Nexium for my acid reflex and the heartburn its making my chest hurt and burn up my throat . Do I need emergency treatment? Or just wait for it to stop I am worried if my spleen is to enlarge and my body is just reacting... Please let me know thank you..

I would suggest you to take up endoscopy .
Blood test. CBC complete, LFT , amlylase lipase . ultrasound .
Meanwhile take small frequent meals. Avoid caffeine and citrus citrus fruits. Junk .chocolates . smoking alcohol and fasting . Take pantaprazol , mucain gel .
