Having Orthostatic Hypotension, Pain In Chest And Palpitations. Been Feeling Pulse In Abdomen. Next?
I have been having issues with orthostatic hypotension as well as chest pain/palpatations occurring intermittantly with activity over the last 8 months; I saw a cardiologist and he said it is not my heart; my d-dimer was over 2000 and no causes were located; over the last month, I have been feeling a pulse in my abdomen what should i do next

I suggest that you should consult a cardiologist to start off by getting a 24 hour holter monitoring first to rule out significant arrhythmia and then get cardiac ultrasound and abdominal Doppler scan to rule out abdominal aneurysm
