Hullo and welcome to Healthcare Magic forum.
Novelon is a combined oral contraceptive pill to prevent pregnancy. If you have started Novelon on 4th day and taken it regularly, there is no chance of pregnancy.
However I understand your worry about delay of periods. A 4-5 day may be common in some cases, if in doubt, you may need to do a Urinary Pregnancy Test with early morning sample of urine to reassure yourself.
You may also need hormonal drugs if periods are delayed for more than a week with pregnancy test negative. It is advisable to have such treatment under a doctor's supervision.
