Having Noticed A Condition Of Enlarged Heart & High BP

hello, I have an enlarged heart and high blood pressure and depression, hypertension, I cant find a doctor in my area who will take soonercare and I need to see a doctor asap, im running out of meds. do I just give up and quit cold turkey on medications? what do I do? I was even told I cant go to the e.r.?

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Possible left ventricular hypertrophy secondary to Hypertension.I advise you to monitor your blood pressure immediately,if it is >140/90 take Depin 5mg along with your blood pressure medication.Drugs like Telmesartan will be helpful at your age to control blood pressure.Get an ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile,complete blood picture,chest x ray to look for any cardiac abnormality.Drugs like Clopitab,cholesterol lowering drugs may be needed if lipid profile is abnormal.I advise you to avoid stress and anxiety.Breathing exercises,meditation,yoga will be healthy practises.I advise you to use drugs like low dose clonazepam by consulting your doctor.If you have symptoms like severe breathlessness,dizziness,chest pain report to your cardiologist immediately.
