Having Noticed A Big Bump At The Back Of The Head After Hitting On The Ground

hi doctor , about a week ago my 6 year old fell backwards and hit his head on the pavement he had a very big bump the size of a lemon but i didnt take him to the doctor coz i dont have any insurance yet and he said he didnt hurt him then after it healed he had a little bald stop on it

You should worry about head injury only if it is followed by continuous vomiting or loss of consciousness or seizures or altered sensorium or abnormal behaviour. With none of these happening..
