Having Nausea, Spotting, Brown Discharge, Stomach Cramps, Acid Reflux. Pregnancy?
It has been about 1 week that i have been having nausea at random times and have been spotting for the last 4 days and today i had a dark brown discharge with couple of pinching cramps in my lower stomach. Also i noticed that i keep on having acid reflux with hot sause. Why do i have these symptoms? And can it be sign of pregnancy?

It may be due to variety of reasons.
If you have missed period then urine pregnancy test can be done to confirm pregnancy.Two vertical lines on strip confirms pregnancy.
Pain and discharge may also be due to infection.
Ultrasound of abdomen should be done to exclude other causes.
For reflux you can take tablet pantoprazole 40mg once daily for 4 weeks before food.
