Having Lump In The Throat Causing Face To Swell. Coughing Blood. Tonsils? Guide

my fiance has been sick for a couple days. there is a lump in her throat on the right side, it is causing her face to swell. she has been complaining that it hurts/burns to swallow. she was coughing up blood this morning. what are some of the reasons this is happening? i thought it might had been her tonssels? please email me at YYYY@YYYY

I read your query regarding lump in throat causing face to swell, coughing blood.

As you said that your fiance is having lump in her throat n right side, this is a painful lump and hert her during swallowing and is giving rise to swelling in throat and face. In acutely inflammed tonsils blood mixed discharge comes out which you find as blood in sputum.

After considering all these it appears as she is suffering from Quincy rt tonsil. But to confirm it a thorough examination by ENT specialist and relevent investigations to diagnose the case so it may be accordingly plan for treatment.
