Pain aggravated with deep breathing and cough is indicative of muscle spasm.
urinary incontinence is mostly due to increase intra abdominal pressure due to coughing.
Take rest and analgesics for pain.
Antitussive will help in controlling cough and so help in urinary incontinence.
