Having low grade fever, sore throat and headache. Bleeding during unprotected intercourse. Worrisome

Hey, I ve been running a low grade fever for the past 4 days, sore throat , body aches and a throbbing head ache. She also had a bit of bleeding happening durring our incounter. I m concerned, what could this be. I ve never had flue like symptoms without the stuffy runny noes so this can t be just a flue. Hello Catalin and thanks for writing in at HCM
I am a General Physician and wants to help you out. According to the details provided by you, it seems that you are not suffering for viral or flue because the fever due to these usually resolves in 2-3 days. Pyrexia in your case needs to investigated properly. You have to be examined for MP, Typhoid, Upper respiratory track infection, infection due to unprotected sex etc. In my opinion consult your doctor and get your investigated done and by his advice take a antibiotic course. Till that take Crocin maximum four times a day.
Best wishes
