Having Loose Motions, Headache, Burping, Reflux. No Relief From Loperamide. Solution?

It started on Monday with chills all day. Then by Tuesday morning had vomiting , painful abdomin, nausea , temp of 39.9. I tried taking panidol which I vomited up so I just suffered and went through the motions. Bowel activity picked up, say 1 liquard stool per hour. Dizziness , black spots when standing up and weakness. I started to drink more fluids even though it would hurt my tummy and make me vomit. The vomiting stopped by Wednesday but watery stools picked up by the afternoon I had to go urgently 4/5 times an hour. Over night pooed myself x2. Today worse and even though I m drinking 3lts, hydra light and taking loperamide its not working and I m dry really dry! Headache has started. I have also started burping and refluxing what looks n smells like poo.
