Having Lipomas On Hands. How Can I Get Rid Of Them?

Hi Doc, I am facing an issue of Lipomas(Fat Accumulation) on hands. There are many small small lumps of fat all around my hand & these looks ugly. Although I do not feel any pain in those. some of them grown over last few years. I am trying dailiy jogging to reduce those but seems uneffective. Please suggest and help to recover from it.

Hi Dheer,
Lipomas as you have understood accumulation of fat, sometimes familial. They look ugly when present in the exposed areas though they rarely cause any pain. If you want to get rid of them, there are two options. First one is surgical removal. second is injection lipolysis which is non-surgical. Contact a surgeon for the first and dermatologist for the second option. Surgery is one time affair and can leave a scar, where as injection lipolysis may need a few re-injections but scar-free. So, choice is yours!
