Having Left Ear Pain, Severe Headache And Gastric Problem. No Vomiting Tendency Or Weakness. Am I Having Migraine?

hiii sir, From couple of weeks,am sufferng from left ear pain and severe headace also that to only left side and feeling gastic problem too.i had consulted to a near by doctor he told that it is migrane ,but am not getting any vomiting tendency not even nause and any weakness .am feeling a bit scared to take Migrane tablet migrest . Pls help me out of this problem.

From your symptoms it would be advisable to undergo the following tests.
1. ENT consultation to check for middle ear infection.
2. CT brain to look for any focus either infective or otherwise.
Get these investigations at the earliest. If normal then consider the diagnosis of migraine.
