Having knee arthritis. Applied pain relieving herbal oils. what is the safe dosage of combiflam?

for arthritic pain ( knee pain ) what is the safe dosage of combiflam? I am 79 years and have this knee arthritis since past 18 years. I have been able to keep it under control, by homeopathy and pain relieving herbal oils . This impairment has so far not come in the way of my daily walking or routine work. Physiotherapy and glucosamine-chondritin have NOT helped in any way. Mahendra

I am not advising the combiflam as you are asking for safe dosage.
Because for regular treatment its not safe.
But you can use such things of ayurveda which can healful to you for knee pain as safest way
1. Br. Vaat chintamani ras 1 tab twice a day
2. Rumalaya forte tabelt 2 tabs twice day
3. Maha vishgarbh tail and Br. Sandhvadi tail for massage.
