Having Irritation In Throat And Taking Allergy Medicines. Feeling Itching On Face And Neck. Gas Coming Out Of Mouth. Treatment?

i am having irriation in the thoat for about 6 weeks now,i went to general physician and he game me some antibiotica s and then some allergy medicin,it came down a bit but still i feel some thing is going on inside my throat,some times i feel itching on face and neck and i feel i have gas that comes out of my mouth,i use tobaco ,so a bit scared,can you please help me

You have the irritation in the throat since 6 weeks and after taking the one course of the allergic medicine and antibiotics , the symptoms still persisting therefore better to consult the ENT specialist and exclude the Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.
Please stop the tobacco for the better health.
