Having irregular periods, facial hair. Hirsutism test showing abnormal testosterone levels. What is the treatment?

hi, i have irregular periods......... I had an ultrasound last month,it says everything normal. I had harmones test it was also normal. i have facial hair on my face.i had hirsutism test also.it s report was also normal excepting testosterone (h 79.04). I m 22 years old, 55kgs with 5 ft height. Can you please suggest me why is this happening and what is it s treatment?
