Having intense pain, muscle fatigue. Blood test normal. What is wrong?

Hi, I am 30 year old 5.10 ft 80kg healthy male. My blood test 2 weeks back CBC, Uric acid , Vit D, B12, salts, creatinine etc are normal. I have been weight training for many years, but since past few months the next day and the day after my exercise I feel intense pain and muscle fatigue in the muscle group I have exercised. Please help me identify my problem and its solution. thanks

as per your history it looks like you have strained your muscle. you just need to give some rest to your muscles for some days. it will lead to fast recovery. it is advisable to stop exercising for some days or else it will progress to irreversible injury.
