Having High Cholesterol, Want To Lose Weight. What Type Of Diet Should I Follow?

Hello doc.I Am 32 years old.I weigh 92 kgs.height 5'6.I am a non vegetarian and eat only chicken n fish (no read meat).u wanna lose weight.recently I wss having blood pressure 160/100.I m taking medicines.took a lipid profile test where cholesterol was high.kindly suggest me good dietary chart for d same as I have no time to hit the gym.yes I can go for walk. Hello,
Those , who has not time for exercise ( gym) will have to live on drugs.
Weight 92 kgs, 5.6 height , Blood pressure 160/100 mm of Hg & age only 32 years.
It is the life style of an individual which develops disease.
Tension ( stress , work related ) and hectic hurried life causes many diseases and elevates in weight , Blood pressure & cholesterol.
The best diet for you , every time blend diet ,no oily food , no fatty food , no junk food,
Proper rest after meal .

Diet chart for you as,
Carbohydrate =======55 to 60% complex as fructose , sucrose,
protein========12 to 20 % white of egg & cheese
fat less than 30% with cholesterol less than 300 mg, saturated fats less than 10%.
Vitamins --45 gms /day.
Vitamina & minerals supplement if diet less than 1500 calorie.
