Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is difficult to predict - it depends upon identifiable, treatable cause / wall of the chambers / arrhythmia, their nature and frequency / renal function / response to medicines .
Further deterioration can be prevented or postponed by aggressive management.
If there is further deterioration, heart transplantation may be an option...
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.
Follow up with your doctor...

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
Good luck
