Having Hearing Problem, Dead Cochlear Nerves. What Is The Treatment? Will It Be Completely Recovered?

Hello Dr. Samuel, Myself Sunny, 25 year old from India. I have hearing problem in right ear might be since childhood. Doctor said to me that your cochlear nerve is dead nearly 70 to 80%. My left ear is fully fine. Please suggest me any treatment if you have. Is any hope for recovery in such type of hearing problem. Looking forward to get some kind hope.
