Having Healthy Diet, Skinny. Underweight?

I am 26 years old, 5ft 5 and weigh 47.7kg. In my opinion I eat really well, lots of fresh food, organic meats and ver little processed food. I eat small meals (I always have) but often. I think its genetics as my mum who is 50 still weighs 9 stone and she has had four kids. Lots of my work colleagues tell me I m too skinny but this size is normal to me. Do you think I might be underweight?

Hi,
At this age and height have minimum of 48 kg and maximum of 63 kg weight.
So we can call it your weight is minimum of normal.
You require about 5-6 kg weight increase to gain optimum weight.
Take high protein diet and moderate fat and carbohydrate diet.
Avoid stress and have good 8 hours sleep.
Ok and take care.
