A control chest X ray, complete blood counts, and sputum examinations are important considerations to exclude lung infections. Pulmonary tuberculosis especially by carrying out a sputum examination should be highly considered. The possibility of am allergic component cannot be neglected completely, for diseases like asthma or Aspergillosis could still present themselves atypically like this.
