Having Headaches, Difficulty Breathing, Sore Throat, Feeling Weak. History Of Pneumonia. Reoccurring?

about a month ago i had Pneumonia and i still feel weak and get daly headaches. Recently though it has gotten harder to get a full breath but i thought it could be because of the high pollen. I also have a sore throat and a cough. I get very bad chills and night sweats. I was wondering if this could be Pneumonia coming back or something completely new? I am only 20 years old and i am a female.

Hi and thanks for the query,
The presence of fever and chills , associated with the chest symptoms make the possibility of a pulmonary or lung infection more probable. A control chest X ray, complete blood counts, and sputum examinations are important considerations to exclude lung infections. Pulmonary tuberculosis especially by carrying out a sputum examination should be highly considered. The possibility of am allergic component cannot be neglected completely, for diseases like asthma or Aspergillosis could still present themselves atypically like this. However, they are on the second plan for exclusion.
I suggest you consult a pulmonologist or an internist for a proper evaluation and management. Thanks and hope this helps.
