more probable. A control chest X ray, complete blood counts, and sputum examinations are important considerations to exclude lung infections. Pulmonary tuberculosis
especially by carrying out a sputum examination should be highly considered. The possibility of am allergic component cannot be neglected completely, for diseases like asthma or Aspergillosis
could still present themselves atypically like this. However, they are on the second plan for exclusion.
